Negative: Garden is very tiny. And there are loads of spiders in the house. And wasps in the garden( i think there might be a nest of them somewhere). Because of wasps it was unpleasant to sit in the garden and once you open the garden door they we're in the house

Negative: Hadn't been cleaned properly. Cobwebs everywhere. Velux windows were filthy. The patio area outside is in desperate need of care. Dead plants, crumbling wall and a washing line with hardly any (disintegrating) pegs. A lot of the (formerly) non stick cookware is damaged. The coating is coming away and is therefore hazardous - not fit for use!!! We didn't use it. The parking space needs to have the dimensions shown on the listing. It's such a shame. A lovely little property that is clearly unloved and there just to make a quick earner.

Positive: The Bath House was a perfect base for us to explore that area. The cottage is quirky being upside down. The bedroom remained cool while outside was 30+ degrees. The decor is lovely and the place is clean.

Negative: There were no instructions for the TV or kitchen gadgets, we had to work it out for ourselves. The sofa bed sofa is very uncomfortable. No hand towel for the kitchen. No hairdryer. Some history of the building would have been nice. Car parking is room for 1 small car not medium as in info.

Summary: We had a lovely time staying at The Bath House. Great base. Lovely village. Would love to stay again

Positive: Parking outside was a little tight but we parked a Ford Transit Custom in the space so mist vehicles will be fine. For a small accommodation, it is fabulously designed with everything you need first a weekend getaway for a couple

Negative: The negatives we read about this property didn’t bother us at all re church bells - didn’t hear them. Parking wasn’t really an issue. Wardrobe space - plenty if you’re only staying for a long weekend.

Summary: We loved this property so would highly recommend it. Quirky, unusual design provides everything you need.
