Positive: A really nice annexe, If you want A peace&quiet place to stay for a few days this is the place. A short walk to the village has 2 pubs.The locals are friendly. Also the Host Niki always wanted to make sure everything was OK for me. I would definitely return if I was in Devon again.

Positive: Spotlessly clean , the most amazing home made cookies , great communication from the host , super comfortable bed , great toiletries and in a really live village . Pictures don’t do it justice sadly but highly recommend.

Negative: Nothing was amazing

Positive: Tranquil location between the Cathedral city of Exeter and " Art Garfunkel's, Bridge over troubled Water, the River Exe, at Bickleigh village. Ideal location for exploring the West country and it's coast! Super helpful, welcoming, hosts, beautifully presented, very comfortable, spotlessly clean accommodation. Some lovely unexpected extras, for drinks, cooking and toiletries. Perfect self catering with a private patio, for a couple or single person. A real gem 💎 There is nothing not to enjoy!
