Positive: The Barn was clean, comfortable and warm. The weather wasn't good for our weekend but it was lovely to come back to such a nice place. Everything was as we had hoped and met our expectations and the cake that was left for our arrival was delicious.

Negative: Nothing that we didn't like, all was good.

Summary: Our Son, Daughter-in-Law and Grandchildren met us there and we had a lovely weekend together.

Positive: The generous and thoughtful touches on our arrival - such as bacon, eggs, bread and milk for breakfast and a homemade cake. We also loved being contacted the day before our arrival to say we could arrive a little early if we wanted to and the day before we left to say that there was no rush for us to leave the next day.

Negative: Nothing. Maryann is a super host.

Summary: This is a lovely converted barn with fabulous countryside views and Maryann is a super host.

Positive: What a fantastic location. We spent a long weekend at the Barn and it was most enjoyable. The host had left us lots of goodies, the chocolate brownies were to die for. The Barn was spotless cleaning and comfortable. We will definitely be going back

Positive: When we arrived there was a little basket of food which was great, the lady had made a cake for my husband's birthday. The villa was extremely clean and had a lot of amenities.Feel sorry I did saw the lovely horses as everyone have seen….

Negative: The thing that made my guests feel quite uncomfortable the whole time from the time we arrived was, we got settled in at 4:40pm, we put some music on while we cook for dinner and after 10 minutes she arrived at the door to tell us to turn the music down because her son was studying!!! First of all we are at the end of nowhere and the music was on at 5pm we weren't even past the 10pm or time stated in the folder. I think it was completely unnecessary. Overall, that's all, but we definitely wouldn't visit again if I was constantly looking around to see if the owner would come to the door.

Positive: Unique, peaceful, welcoming and clean with beautiful surroundings. A great base to explore from - we visited Bath, Longleat, and Stonehenge. Exceeded expectations.

Positive: Well, what can we say, fantastic place, excellent views, amazing hostess, everything we wanted and more. The welcome pack was a very nice and unexpected pleasure. We already planning return trip so we can spend more time at the barn as attended a local wedding so not spend enough time there. Cannot recommend this place enough. Maryanne is the perfect hostess. Thank you for making our stay extra special.
