Positive: Plenty to do, super nice place, saw lots of deer. Right on the resevoir, quite remote. Pool table was a hit. Close enough to Luray to get food/supplies. Plenty of parking. Well kept. Blackstone grill was very nice and large enough to cook for a group.

Negative: Could've used a good large skillet for breakfast cooking. Maybe a decent size boiling pot for making mashed potatoes/etc. Bed upstairs (queen) was quite hard and maybe a mattress topper would help it out.

Summary: Would gladly book again, loved the space. Plenty to see and do.

Positive: It was a really cool place to stay right on the water Plenty of activities to do Everything was provided check out was easy

Negative: There’s really nothing I didn’t like I think they should go through and see what works and what doesn’t Like the coffee maker and the outside shower that I noticed but that’s not a huge problem

Summary: We had a great vaca and we will be back another time

Positive: We were pleased with the barn and its location. The barn is very spacious and has all the comforts. We highly recommend it and are planning to return.

Positive: Beautiful location and yard. The hot Rob was fabulous- clean, worked well and got to appreciate the views from it.

Negative: The open barn area got quite chilly in evenings. Bedrooms, kitchen and living room all had doors and heat sources though.
