Summary: It was very cold and our room had no heating, they did supply us with a heater which promptly broke down, they did very kindly offer us dinner on the house, which we accepted. The hotel itself is a little tired and although it has been partially upgraded it still needs a lot of refurbishing to bring it up to an acceptable standard.

Summary: Wi-Fi was terrible, couldn't get any work done and there was one particualr person on reception who wasn't helpful whatsoever, but there was a lovely gentleman who made up for it and went above and beyond. The room was huge - brilliant!

Summary: We only booked one night as we didn’t know how long we needed to stay due to a family situation. The hotel kept our room open whether we used it or not and only charge for the days we are here at discounted rates. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and hugely empathetic.

Summary: The hotel was fine, the room was reasonably clean. The mattresses on the bed could do with been changed. The staff were very friendly. The room was big. There was a lot of noise at nightime from the other guests as they passed the room.
