Positive: Nice Villa, nice rooms with good furniture.

Negative: We booked the same day early morning but when we arrived lunch time after more than 3 1/2 hours they were not aware pf pur booking so rooms were not ready. We didn’t have time to check reviews so when there realized position was completely wrong, on Booking map it seems in front of the beach but is very far away, 15 minutes walk, there is a very steep climb from the beach to hotel so we had to call a tuk-tuk. We booked 2 Deluxe rooms with balcony, one didn’t have it at all, the other on the ground floor has a back door but not a real balcony or patio just some space surrounding the entire villa. I complained about all this with the guy there, he caller the owner on the phone and passed it to me, I said that all this fake info is cheating, he got upset and said that in 4 years nobody complained about this and we could leave…actually is not true that nobody complained, then I read the comments and other people was saying the same. We didn’t leave because was already late and the day after we would have another long trip.

Summary: Nice place compared to many others but doesn’t worth the cost

Positive: The bed was very comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful and the rooms were spacious. Vish was so friendly and helpful - really went out of his way for us. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Good quality internet and AC.

Negative: The distance to the beach is a bit further than booking.com suggests, and it is up a massive hill. Getting down to the beach is fine, but walking back up is no joke in the heat. I just about managed it and I am a (relatively) fit 30 year old - although was at risk of a cardiac arrest! Anyone not in good health would find it very difficult. As the hotel does not have any bar/snacks/lunch facilities, this is quite annoying as you can't 'pop back' from the beach. It is worth noting that toilet facilities in the restaurants on the beach are not good, so the distance back to the hotel feels more annoying than it could have been. Rooms aren't cleaned every day. In a 4 night stay, the bed was made once and we didn't get new towels. I am sure had we asked Vish he would have made it happen, but for the price we paid this was annoying. The pool is tiny and looks a bit grubby. Only 2 sunbeds and really not enough room to hang by the pool. More of a plunge situation. Overall, this is a true 3 star hotel. Vish was amazing, and the hotel was nice, but I do think it is overpriced for what is on offer.

Summary: A neat 3 star hotel. Great beds and customer service, but overpriced for what it is.
