Summary: Very comfortable property with everything needed for a relaxing break. The sea is only a few steps away and there is plenty of walking along the promenade. The very friendly owner was on hand to show us around and explain how everything worked. Visited in January with mother who canâ€™t walk too far, but as the surrounding area is quite flat was ideal for her to have a wander. Would like to visit again to further investigate the local area.

Summary: What a gem, the accommodation is exactly as shown plenty of room and a fantastic balcony with a great view. Had a great walk along the beach to Bournemouth with plenty of places to stop for refreshments. Phil is a lovely chap and would definitely go back again.

Summary: Spotless and very well equipped apartment. Really good size for 4 adults, heaps of storage space too. Owner even left milk in the fridge for us. Very warm in the flat so would be just as lovely out of season. Southbourne has some lovely restaurants. Off-road parking for 2 cars was handy. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
