Positive: The apartment is well located. Close to the subway, supermarket and restaurants.

Negative: The general cleanliness of the apartment is not good. Some areas in the apartment have not been cleaned for a long time. The sofa is full of stains. The bedroom closet is full of dust. We had to clean it and the cleaning cloths were full of dirt (black with dirt). We also sweep the apartment floor. The TV in the bedroom doesn't work. The electrical outlet on the balcony is damaged. The doors are a little warped.

Positive: Nice renovated full apartment. Everything works perfectly. Except it gets really cold. The heater doesn't warm up the room, really. If u forget something accidentally. 'Personal belongings 'Forget about getting it back. As the property owner doesn't respond back after you check out. I asked for a receipt with portuguese nif. Didn't get that till today
