Summary: The room was average and the first issue I noticed was that the shower drainage was completely clogged and I had to stop my shower and have the maintenance clean up! This should have been taken care of prior to letting the hotel guests in.

Summary: it was not my first stay and probably not my last at this hotel. it's a decent option for a reasonable price in quite well located in the city. some staff members are very helpful, others are cold and show less emotions than a roboter might. all in all a fair deal. most importantly its clean

Summary: The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious food. Front desk staff Mr Shinde and Jyoti were very helpful and professional. I had an enjoyable stay at Aures.

Summary: Large comfortable room. Beds and pillows were just right re firmness and support. Breakfast and evening buffet had plenty of choices and the staff were very obliging with any requests. We were even offered coffee whilst waiting to be checked in, which was very kind and hospitable!
