Summary: We completely enjoyed our 3 nights at this sweet little cottage. We were there end of October and it was cool outside, but the heaters and electric blankets kept us warm inside. The hosts live next door and were so kind and attentive. It made us feel safe to know they were there. The cottage is central for getting around. It took us about 15 min to get into Limerick. It's close to the motorway for easy access. It's smaller and cosier than we expected from the photos, but in a good way. Steep little stairs lead to the upstairs bedrooms. This is an old cottage that has been well maintained. Coming from North America, one needs to keep this in mind. It's going to be different than what we're used to! I would highly recommend this place. It's out in the country, very peaceful and safe. A lovely place to call home while adventuring!

Summary: This was halfway around the isle for our trip. Perfect place to relax and do daily trips from. I would pay more if better WiFi was available, but it did get email, etc. in. Very comfy living room with big kitchen. Nice patio to catch the sunset over farm fields.

Summary: Attyflin is a great booking. Ray and his uncle Mike were the perfect hosts, very attentive. The location is very convenient to the major roads and Adare. Very quiet spot. The house itself is very adequate. Small, but well appointed. Wifi is fine for basic email needs. Kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, etc. And the washing machine very helpful. Would definately recommend and stay again!

Summary: This house is located just off the highway giving easy access to explore Western Ireland with ease. Mike is next door and able to offer any necessary assistance immediately. The house is small, but we used it almost exclusively for sleep between day trips, so it fit our needs perfectly. Onsite washer is very useful. Appreciate off-street parking. CL

Summary: Stayed here back in September. This property is located on a country lane off of the highway. The location could not be better. Getting around is very easy with highway being so close, yet, you feel like your far away from everything once you are at the property. The house itself has everything you need. A nice big bright kitchen with all amenities provided. Bedrooms are nice sized with nice comfortable beds. We didn't get to meet the owner, Ray, however, his wonderful Uncle Mike lives next door. Mike was so kind. He drove us to the nearby town to pick up a few food supplies. Showed us how to get around in the area. He even made muffins for us!! The property is about 10 minutes from Limerick and 15 from Adare. Also, the Bunratty castle is only about a 20 minute drive. There is so much to explore in the area and this location makes it quite easy. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes around.

Summary: This home was so centrally located for day trips all over southwest Ireland - out of the hustle and bustle of a city but very nearby to go into Adare or Limerick for dinner. For a family with small kids, it was great - they slept in the bedroom right next to us upstairs and had a wonderful fenced backyard to run around in while we got ready in the mornings. It’s a simple home but had everything we needed to be comfortable. Thank you!

Summary: The kitchen smelled musty-the sink and basin were very dirty and I bought cleanser to clean it, but it still smelled. Although advertised to sleep 5 people-there were not enough dishes, bowls or even silverware! (I dug up 2 extra spoons from a container under the stairs.) There was a very small fridge/freezer. A kitchen chair is broken, the toaster is broken, the burners were rusted and one burner hardly worked. The Wifi worked, but barely as we had to take turns checking email. The house needs a good cleaning, some new updated furniture and appliances with more dishes and silverware if you are listing this for 5 people staying here.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this home in Limerick. The directions to the house were very detailed and Mike was ready to greet us and give us a tour as soon as we arrived.
