Summary: Old motel but maintained very well. Noisy highway but other than that no complaints.

Summary: Our particular room was no more than 50 feet from a very busy highway with trucks all night. There was a stained upholstered chair in the room. The bed was uncomfortably hard. Unlike many other air conditioners the fan had no constant "on" position to cover the noise. The grounds were covered in weeds. The concrete in from of our room was various levels and broken, dangerous for my wife who recently lost an eye due to infection. There was a cracked window in the room with tape on it that had dried and fallen off indicating it had been cracked for a long time. If it were replaced with a dual or triple pane it might cut down on that traffic noise. It was cute retro but not worth the price considering our poor sleep.

Summary: Each semi truck that passed by was oh so loud and literally shook the room as well. Poor sleep all night. I almost camped this night but was hoping to have a good night of rest which did not happen here.

Summary: I checked in about 10 minutes after I made the reservation. The young lady Nicolle was working the front desk and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. I had only planned on one night but ended up adding 3 more because of her help. The room was exactly as I expected. It is clean and comfy for my needs. I can park right in front of my room door so that makes loading and unloading my luggage easy. I wear hearing aids so road noise is not a problem, and I am right in the front. There are places nearby for food and drink or to replenish the shelves. If you are expecting the Ritz then move on. If you want a nice room with a nod to the past, make your reservation. Try it for a night and see if it is for you. If you don’t like it then recall your mother’s wise words and don’t say anything if you can’t say anything nice. She was a wise woman.

Summary: This review will center around how much I appreciated how they handled my late arrival. Their office closes at 10 pm and I didn’t show up until after 11pm. When I saw the office was closed upon my arrival, I thought I was going to have a major problem getting into the room I already paid for. Instead, I saw they had left me an envelope with my keys and check in paperwork, plus a nice handwritten note with instructions. So I got into my room no problem. The room was nice as well.
