Positive: The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent — plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to Canobie Lake Park, which was a major plus for our trip.

Negative: We booked through Booking.com and selected a corner queen room with a lake view. When we arrived, the hotel said they don’t differentiate views, even though we paid a higher rate for the lake view. Never received a refund for the difference. Housekeeping was poor. Dust covered most surfaces except the desk. We found candy wrappers beside the bed. Dirty underwear was left on the bathroom’s bottom rack. Housekeeping only made the beds once during our 3-night stay. We had to flag someone down for toilet paper. Most of the housekeeping staff didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult.They came in, took out trash, and folded towels on the TV stand — no vacuuming or real cleaning. Hard to consider this a 4-star hotel based on that experience.

Negative: They never serviced the room. Even after calling. We were here 3 nights.

Positive: It was a vibe! We felt like we were in a different world, a tourist location for sure.

Negative: The layout was a little odd and the shared residency and hotel was a bit misleading.
