Summary: Visited this lovely hotel on the last leg of our honeymoon Bali trip. Upon our arrival we were in awww of the drive up, simply stunning. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was nice. The view of the water was gorgeous. The breakfast was grand and had lots of choices. The restaurants were nice too, the beef burger from the reef is on point!! All in all it was an amazing end to our honeymoon. Thank you kempinski for the memories.

Summary: Overall excellent the restaurants are the highlight of the stay. The breakfast buffet though is soso. The age of the hotel is showing so it needs a renovation badly

Summary: Too big and chaotic, we didn’t feel looked after. 2 sun loungers broke when we sat on them by the kids pool as the hinges were rusty. It was close to being a serious injury. Breakfast buffet was chaos, took ages to get anywhere as it’s so big. The pool was too hot, so couldn’t cool down apart from sitting in our dark room. The pillows were awful, flat as a pancake!

Summary: We came here for a long needed getaway with our family of 4. The service and food on this property was next level. We chose this hotel over the four seasons and ritz and were so glad we did. Beginning in the stunning lobby to the architectural spaces for all the restaurants, we felt like we were in a palace. Everything was tasteful yet elegant. The staff really made the experience one we will keep coming back for.

Summary: Apurva Kempinski- hands down the BEST hotel I’ve stayed at. I don’t think any other place will come close to the service and luxury received here. Top-tier amenities. This hotel made 21 hours of flying worthwhile and was the best part of my Bali trip. Choosing to stay here was worth every penny! Aesthetic- it is no surprise that the hotel is resplendent! Its opulent entrance and architecture are breathtaking and luxurious. I could not get enough of the view. The rooms radiate magnificence, are spacious, and clean. Extra points for an ocean-facing room with a private pool. I was able to relax there with peace and privacy. Service was 10/10, unmatched, prompt, and efficient. The hospitality here was outstanding. We were always attended to and served with a smile on their face. Everyone was extremely respectful and courteous. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The food was delicious, and I observed remarkable food hygiene here. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I’ve recommended this place to all my friends and family. I hope I can come here again.
