Positive: The facilities were breathtakingly beautiful - the pics on the net don’t do it justice. The staff is absolutely attentive, kind, knowledgeable & responsive. The restaurants & food were world class. They really exceeded our expectations.

Negative: That we couldn’t stay longer :-) It’s a stunning place - can’t fault them on anything.

Positive: Room is spacious, breakfast food is good; a lot of choices for halal food, landscape is great

Negative: Room cleanliness can be improved. When I walked barefooted in the bathroom area I can feel that the floor was not cleaned properly. Also not all rooms were ready by 3 pm. We attended a wedding and perhaps due to the high demand, they were rushed to clean the room.

Summary: Great hotel with beautiful landscape and good breakfast.

Positive: Luxurious resort with an amazing gym. The breakfast had the most amazing array of options. Staff was 10/10. Rooms had all amenities including a hairdryer and a very tropical and luxury feel. Plunge pool at our nack door was amazing.

Negative: - Instructions not easily found on wall/board properly at some points just out side of lift area such as for cafe, and for rooms and for beach which makes guests more complex or confusing and need to find/ ask to staff.
