Positive: Beautiful immaculately clean, modern cottage with excellent facilities in a spacious thoughtfully decorated property. Such a lovely touch to find snacks, milk, cake, tea and coffee created such a welcoming feeling. Situated in a semi rural area with a private patio/garden which was ideal for watching the sheep graze and the lambs skipping around.

Positive: GREAT SPOT AWAY FROM THE MAIN AREA. NICE AND QUIET. PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME. GREAT KITCHEN FACILITIES. GOOD OFF-STREET PARKING. THE HOST WAS MORE THAN WELCOME TO GET US ANYTHING IF WE NEEDED IT. GREAT SELECTION OF PAMPHLETS ON THE LOCAL AREA AVALIABLE.

Positive: Extremely clean and comfortable accommodation. Very well equipped. Some really nice extras in the kitchen. Tea, coffee,sugar milk and marmalades, jams and bottled water.

Negative: More than likely my fault but struggled a little to control the heating.

Summary: Lovely place which was absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable.

Positive: The location is superb, on a little used road, therefore quite and peaceful. The accommodation - modern and recently completed/renovated - has everything that you need, particularly for longer stays. Being more or less in the centre of Norfolk and only only 5 minutes from the market town of Dereham, it is an ideal location from which to explore all the delights that Norfolk has to offer, from the historic towns and cities - Norwich and King's Lynn to mention just two - to the peace, tranquillity and beauty of the north Norfolk coast. Wholly recommended.

Negative: We would've loved to have stayed longer!
