Summary: It’s always nice to stay at the Alpine. The rooms are clean and the beds super comfortable but the lack of staff is a drag. I stayed two nights and on the second could not locate my room key number. I sat in the car at 11 pm trying to find it in my email. It took 30 minutes before I finally found it. I wish there was a number to call but I tried that on another stay and didn’t get an answer until the next day. Nevertheless this is a nice place to stay

Summary: We stayed two nights at this hotel. On the second day the bed was not made, fresh towels were not provided and toilet paper was not replenished. At about 10 p.m. of the second day we had no toilet paper and contacted the emergency numbers given to us. We got a recording saying "Leave a message" and then "Mailbox full." I had to call the reservation system which told me toilet paper was available in the main lobby. Thank goodness I was able to obtain two rolls. Also, on the first night the smoke alarm went off for no apparent reason. This hotel is still nice but things are beginning to deteriorate starting with customer service and room maintenance. On the positive side bed was comfortable, sheets and pillow clean, the refrigde worked great and the TV worked however you have to pay for almost anything you watch. You can use your own ID to access Netflix and Prime but without them you're stuck with Reggae music!

Summary: The room was very cute and cozy all Adirondack themed. Accessing the room was easy didn’t have much contact with staff only time I had contact with the staff. Was when I called to find out when I would be getting my codes to access the room.

Summary: The property itself and the rooms are lovely. We arrived at supper time on friday night. Found no one on site to check us in. Had to call a phone #, which told us i should have received an email with check in information, i did not. Also i had no internet to check that. Eventually got checked in. Door code didn't work. Had to call back, have it reset from them. By this time 7 pm and no restaurant in town open. Drove to Gore Mountain ski hill, food and service was awesome. Sat went hiking returned home around 4pm. Door code again did not work. Called again, this time he called in his housekeeper, waited over 40 minutes to get new code, which only worked intermittently. Very frustrating. On fri night had very loud guests next to us who did not quiet down until 4:30 am, but no one to call to ask for assistance with this.

Summary: When I checked in, the front desk helped me resolve an issue with my reservation made through Expedia. However, I was told over the phone before my arrival that breakfast was included, but it turned out breakfast is only served on weekends. Due to this discrepancy, I cannot give a 5-star rating.

Summary: Very comfortable and accessible to Gore Mt. Have stayed here many times- after a long, hard winter I think in need of a deep clean though. Very sad the fantastic food venues in North Creek are gone! Hoping next year brings new restaurant venues. It’s a great little town and Alpine Lodge is very convenient, safe and affordable.

Summary: BEWARE of the SCALDING HOT WATER from the SHOWER and the common room sink faucet! After minutes of freezing cold, the water turned warm, then hot, then scalding temp in the shower stayed that way even when I turned the temp cold all the way. Had to step out wash at the sink with a washcloth. Then I got BURNED AND SCARRED on my wrist by the scalding water from the common room sink faucet. Otherwise, the room was clean and beds were comfortabe, but be aware it has no closet, dresser, or table. We made do by placing everything on the floor wherever we could and living out of the suitcases. There is a metal pole that sticks out to hang about 6 items, so that's where we hung our coats. Also, there is only one narrow ledge above the sink, so we placed toiletries on the top of the wainscoting which provided enough width to place them on.
