Positive: Quiet, convenient and clean. Beds were comfy. Walkable to restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Street parking always available.

Negative: Sitting situation was not great for three senior adults in the living room. A grab bar would be helpful in the bathtub. A larger fridge with a freezer would be great. The tiny fridge wouldn't hold much. This is a basement apartment and the upstairs resident was very loud clomping around. Communication with the property manager could be better. The worst part was the bugs. Definitely needs a debugging and we alerted the property company about this.

Positive: Everything, the place is super cute and adorable. And it’s close to so many fun restaurants and shops!

Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Positive: Most comfortable Mattress, wish I knew what brand it was and Is but one for home. Easy parking, safe neighborhood, friendly neighbors around there as well

Negative: There was no mention that it was a lower level. it sounded from description that it was a separate back house. Also low ceiling only 7 foot at the most. had to duck my head for low beams. Loud when people above walked around.
