Summary: The Front Desk Staff of the Dossier Hotel in downtown Portland were friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and centrally located, only 15 minutes from the airport. The Valet was quick and gave us handy 'tour sight' tips. The room was perfect. We enjoyed Nespresso in the room! Beautiful bathroom with full size products. Wonderful! We'll be back!

Summary: We’ve been here 3 or 4 times now. Clean comfortable rooms, lovely staff (especially the valet/bellmen), apples and water everyday, and a great location…walking distance from so much like Pioneer Square, Powell’s bookstore, Flock food hall, etc.

Summary: The location of the Dossier and it's staff is it's #1 asset. It's muti media application and television interface is in the dark ages. Televisions were replaced with new LGs that look to be smart capable. However, no smart or wifi streaming functions are available. Not even a guide with program description. The info button on the remote returns a blank screen! At least CC is now available on all channels. My room also had a slow but tolerable draining shower. Room in need of remodeling. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay.
