Summary: There was one person at the front desk that had exceptional customer service. He went out of his way to get me cup of coffee in the restaurant when i realized the the time had passed for the available coffee in the lobby. Going the extra step with a wonderful smile and personable manner. I'm just sorry i didnt think to get his name!
