Summary: This is a beautiful hotel and the amenities are top notch. My complaints are minor - my room was cleaned daily but they did not take away my used coffee cups or replenish the in-room coffee or clean the vanities counter tops. Also the restaurant food was really good but our waiter did not bring wine glasses when we ordered a bottle of wine, forgot the water glasses and then forgot the silverware when the food came. We had to ask for all these as he didn’t notice. Once we received the bottle, he measured the pours which made me think he was in training.

Summary: Love this place. We enjoyed both the rooftop bar and the one in the lobby. Great service from them. Just a relaxing place to stay.

Summary: Came in for Alabama Orientation with my son. The staff at the front desk, valet, and especially the bellman were memorably wonderful and friendly. The decor was is darling and the rooms were nice and well appointed. Loved our stay there!

Summary: Great stay from start to finish. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! They were incredible!! Champagne at check in was a treat and they gave us great recommendations around town. The room was nice and clean and we enjoyed the rooftop bar. The bathroom toiletries (shampoo ect) smelled great. Would definitely stay here again.
