Summary: The house and outdoor space were wonderful. The seating and beds were abundant and comfortable. The kayaks and paddle boards were a lot of fun! The only drawback is the steps to the lake. They’re not terrible, but would be rough for someone with mobility/health issues. Just something to be aware of ahead of time.

Summary: It was easy to check in, clean and comfy. I only wish i had stayed longer. With check in not until 4pm it was a bit of a rush to enjoy the lake. Overall, my family liked it and want to come back.

Summary: Overall awesome stay. Home is on a quiet part of Lake Tuscaloosa. Everything we needed was in the home and Tanner was great to deal with. Dock was great, firepit was great and TV was huge to watch the football games on. Nothing to complain about, great weekend trip.

Summary: This house and location were everything we could want for a Thanksgiving family gathering. The firepit was central to our evening storytelling and the owners were thoughtful enough to provide "outside" blankets for us. Despite the cold temperatures, my sister and I went kayaking - sure wish the app would let me post those photos! The game room was the perfect spot for our older teenagers to hang out (almost too perfect, they rarely came out unless they were hungry, haha). We cooked our entire Thanksgiving meal there and the kitchen was so well stocked we had everything we needed. They even left a special hot chocolate tray for the kids and supplies for our two dogs. We are all looking forward to our next trip there. (For readers who are wondering how far it is to the nearest grocery, it is less than a 10 minute drive and there is also a well-stocked Dollar General within 5 minutes)
