Positive: Comfortable, very cozy accomodation with 2 great rooms and a common sitting place/kitchenette. Very central, parking very close to the accomodation. Best selection of beers, wine and soft drinks in the minibar. Wim was very helpful and very welcoming!

Positive: Location was perfect. Within walking distance of everything, including the railway station. The room in the loft space was great to chill out in and the bath tub was lovely after a long day. The host was great also.

Positive: Wim was the perfect host, we had issues with train delays and he helped with train times etc for a smooth arrival. Close to city centre. Extra shared space and kitchenette is excellent. Best mini bar I’ve ever seen. Rooms large and beds comfortable.

Positive: The accommodation was a success in every way! The host (Wim) has two rooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a shared living room and kitchen located in the attic level. The shared spaces were cozy and well-equipped. Our room had a fan, which was a welcome addition during the summer heat. A special thanks to the host, Wim, who is a very warm and service-oriented person. He stayed in touch actively via WhatsApp and was happy to help with anything related to our holiday. We felt at home right away – classical music was playing in the background when we arrived, and the room was clean and tidy.

Negative: The only small minus was that the spaces between the radiators could use a more thorough cleaning ☺️

Summary: Warm recommendation – we’d be happy to come back!
