Positive: Great location on a sandy beach. Short, easy drive into Burlington. Extremely responsive property caretaker manager to work with when we had some door issues with the house.

Negative: House was generally clean except there was hair on some of the bed comforters; there was also a sewer smell coming out of a closet in one of the basement bedrooms.

Summary: Enjoyable stay at Thayer Beach House, despite a few problems
