Positive: The structure also offers bicycles for guests - and sent a tuk tuk free of charge when things went wrong! One member of our group got a flat tire: after a call to the hotel, a tuk tuk was sent to pick up the traveller and the bike. Excellent service!

Positive: Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The resort is very pretty if a little tired. The breakfast was quite good with a nice spread of options including cooked egg options. The onsite bar/restaurant was actually closed but the hotel had a free shuttle to a nearby restaurant (also walkable) which was a perfect dinner spot. About 4/5 minutes drive to Sukhothai park.

Positive: We had a lovely stay - walkable to ancient city & restaurants, free bikes, clean, charming room ("grand deluxe"), very helpful and attentive staff, good breakfast.

Negative: At a price comparable with better reviewed midrange places, Tharaburi would be fine, but for us the price did not reflect the facilities actually available. Some parts of the garden are beautiful but the paths, pool and back garden need investment & maintenance. The advertised restaurant/bar/coffee house & spa are closed long term. Set your expectations and you will enjoy a stay here and Sukathai.

Positive: We had the Family Loft Room and it was perfect for a 4 peoples familly. The location is great and they give free bike to visit. The room was in perfect state and very clean. . Breakfast simple but sufficient according to the price. Seems this hotel has been build with some high level standard material quality but is no more maintained and understaffed ..so this give it a certain charm but it is not at the level of service we expected.

Negative: Some elements are in HIGHLY need for some maintenance. - Backyard garden - SPA is destroyed. - Restaurant is not open.

Positive: Quiet, charming hotel. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Staff was helpful and gracious. They helped us arrange a driver for some sightseeing. We stayed at this resort over the New Year's holiday. It was easy to walk back and forth from the hotel to the historic park. The bicycles were in rough shape and could use some maintenance or replacement. Our room was spacious and pretty.

Negative: Property seems in need of refurbishment. It’s tired and a bit neglected. The room had only one chair and poor lighting. Good bathroom. It is seriously overpriced.
