Positive: The guesthouse is perfectly located in Sukhoithai. It offers something for everybody: games for the kids , tabletennis etc.. The garden has nice corners where I sat down, reading a book. For breakfast you had a nice selection to choose from. The staff made an effort to make you feel well.

Positive: This is a fantastic place to stay in old sukkothai. If you want to experience real thailand then this is the place. Kwan is such a friendly host and will help with anything you need. Her staff will cook you a fresh breakfast everyday. Rooms are really nice and clean. The garden is beautiful. You can rent bicycles here to cycle around the historical park which I highly recommend as it covers a large area. If you want to see the historical park and the surrounding area I would recommend at least two full days if not more. There is a wonderful night market nearby where you can sit by the temple and eat food. Plenty of restaurants only five minutes walk away. I highly recommend a visit to smiling face guesthouse.
Negative: Should have stayed longer
Summary: Wonderful location
