Summary: The staff are friendly, but not super helpful. There are food options, but overpriced, and fairly bland. A lot of unclear information about amenities- and what’s actually available, vs having to request in advance (bikes). Rooms are really well appointed. No water stations, however, and no water stocked in room. The keyed entrance lobby to the rooms is loud, and constant slamming of the door is a bit jarring.

Summary: We had a great time at our stay at Tetherow. The facilities are nice and clean, and the resort is conveniently located to town and to area activities. A thirty minute drive up the Cascade Lakes Highway will treat you to views like you’ve never experienced. We will definitely be back for more fun in Bend!

Summary: we booked this hotel for a quick night b day celebration for our daughter. We booked because of the pool. After arriving we were told pool was closed for Reno. no where in reservation did it say this, they were pretty much unapologetic said they would have a manager speak to us before leaving and never did. it was just a bummer that before or even after we were not informed.

Summary: This resort is incredible. The room was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view of the property. I’d highly recommend this for anyone looking for a place to stay in Bend. The restaurant, The Row, was absolutely delicious. I ordered the salmon with risotto and my partner ordered the French dip. We split the cookie with ice cream for dessert and everything was great. Our server Aubrey was very sweet and made us feel welcome. We also requested extra blankets to our room which arrived in a timely manner and were very comfortable. The robes in the closet were so soft and comfortable. I’d love to know where they’re from. We will absolutely be coming back in the future!

Summary: The staff was phenomenal. From the front desk to the restaurant staff... Sean, JD and Adriane at the restaurant were great and Oliver at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.
