Summary: Our check in was terrific, and the location is great . However ......the beds are HORRIBLE , very uncomfortable. The restaurant (Row) is very good , but that's only if you can get them to answer the phone ! It's a very sleepy place , not a lot going on . My ten year old says it's "creepy" there ! lol

Summary: This was a great facility with pleasant and helpful staff. The room was quite large with an incredible view of the golf course. We were very pleased with everything about the stay there. The following were a couple of my observations: - We had a room with two Queen beds and the beds were quite comfortable. - The curtains were excellent at light blocking. I was quite impressed when we opened the curtains in the morning to find that it was a gloriously sunny day out, but with the curtains closed it was pitch black in the room. - We had a room right on the golf course. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking one of the tee boxes while having a relaxing drink. It was quiet and peaceful. - Everything was very clean and in great condition. - We did not actually eat onsite, but downtown Bend is a quick 10 minute drive with many great options. Every meal we ate downtown was fantastic. The following are the few MINOR "wish list" items to make it even better: - Smart television options to pull up things like Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. - While the bathroom was well maintained and quite large, more water volume in the shower could be nicer (I understand the use of water efficient heads, but not as luxurious).

Summary: Charged for pet but nothing including. Shower, couches and carpets full of other people’s hair. My daughter same experience in her room except the bath towel also had hair on it. Really poor housekeeping

Summary: Very clean and updated property. Super comfortable beds. We loved the pool and cafe. The sauna and steam room were also a huge plus! Close to town and the trials! We will be back!
