Summary: Very nice property. Staff was nice but check in took way too long. Rooms are comfy but a little outdated. Bathroom tile in need of repair

Summary: Dissappointed. Room wasnt cleaned. Call 2 times. Finally got towels and coffee but room was never made up. 2nd day - we ran out of toilet paper no extra in our room. Food really was not hood at tbe restaurant!

Summary: Beautiful spot to stay while visiting Bend. Very convenient if you are skiing at Batchelor. Loved the views over the golf course with peaks visible in the distance. Short drive to the City and the Mill District. Will stay there again!

Summary: Disappointing stay – not worth the money. I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was noisy — I could clearly hear traffic from outside, which made it hard to relax or sleep. There were no slippers provided, and the floor felt sticky, which was uncomfortable. The room itself felt old and poorly maintained, and it was overcrowded with furniture, making it feel cramped. Overall, it didn’t live up to expectations and definitely wasn’t worth the price.
