Negative: Laundry facilities inadequate, front desk is disorganized, phone in room was broken, housekeeping policy was not stated at check in and caused problems, they run out of towels

Positive: The river and restaurant were great! The location was also perfect.

Negative: The steam room was stinky, dirty and the door key wasn’t working so had to ask for help. No one wanted to fix it so that was frustrating. We upgraded our room to a fireplace room but it didn’t work either. And unfortunately the fire pits weren’t lit so we couldn’t do our s’mores. We didn’t want to ask for more help with that. It seems like there are a lot of extras but in reality the hi light is the river view.

Negative: It was off the main road and not secluded. Felt more like a motel than resort.
