Summary: The ocean was visible, and was wonderful with the full moon during our stay. The staff was less than helpful with local information, couldnt direct us to anything outside the hotel. It was like they took an oath not to help the guests with anything outside the hotel. We did not visit the spa. Our last two days, we had to call for housekeeping to clean our room. NOT cool!

Summary: The staff is great, always looking to please. Our room was very musty and with no screen on door, we weren't able to get fresh air. The shower is awkward. You have to get in shower to turn on and be hit with cold water. Took a very long time to warm up. be hit with cold water.
