Summary: Location is great and view is beautiful. House needs some updating such as a microwave that displays time, a new stove and bathroom updates. Basic TLC.

Summary: Our Family loved this place so much. House had everything we needed. And spotlessly clean. We had room to spread out and room to be together. We loved floating off the dock, we brought our paddle boards and were able to hop on off the dock. The area has plenty of things to do , many great places to golf, play tennis and pickleball.

Summary: House was amazing and beautiful. Perfect for family for daughters wedding at castle farms. We were unable to use grill burners were not working, and stove didn’t get past low heat to cook food. But rooms were amazing, view spectacular and neighbors friendly and sweet. We made non fire next to lake was very relaxing. We will def be renting next summer so can enjoy lake more. Thank you so much other than cooking issues we loved it. Rebecca

Summary: Perfect vacation. We had 5 adults and 5 children ages 1-11. Plenty of room. Kids loved the trampoline. Plenty of toys, books, legos,puzzles, coloring books and crayons for them. Games and books for adults. Plenty of sheets, towels and beach towels. Also had use of their kayak. Very clean. Kids loved playing in the sand. Water was to deep for younger ones, but I brought a inflatable pool, so they didn't mind. Definitly would stay here again.

Summary: I rented this house for a group of friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. It was perfect for us. We loved that it was right on the lake. We really enjoyed the campfires we had. The location was convenient for visiting Petoskey and Charlevoix. There was a minor issue but Duane was prompt in responding and very helpful. If we decide to do another girls' weekend, we will definitely look into staying at this house again!

Summary: we celebrated my nieces wedding there she was married at Castle Farms which by Ferry was only minutes away your place made our visit extra special we hosted a dinner party on Saturday for family and the place was absolutely perfect for us all the photos' don't do it justice the view was just beautiful , I enjoyed my coffee on the deck every moring i was there and just soaked in the view
