Positive: -Nicely furnished apartment, freshly redecorated. -External roller blinds (motor driven), for a complete room blackout. -Comfy beds and really, really clean apartment. -No noise coming from the streets. As the access is made from a dead end street, so no scuters/motorbike noises. -Terrace was nice, never used it in full. -A lot of towels and shower gel provided. Bidet in the bathroom. Almost instant delivery of hot water, meaning no wait times. -it was really close to the airport. Departing a 7 in the morning towards the airport, by taxi, it took only 9 minutes. If needed note you can request an Uber from your existing account. (28 eur fare to airport) -host is very communicative, phone/WhatsApp, helpfull. - We arrived earlier than listed check in time, we were offered to store out luggage, leave some of our stuff in the apartment that was being cleaned/prepared. It helped us get most of our Napoli times without wasting it by waiting.

Negative: -No elevator, however Luigi offered and helped us carry the luggage up the stairs. On departure we did it ourselves and was easy. However this is not for everybody (just be aware) - As a first visit to Napoli, the area appears at first dirty and diverse in nationalities. However walking the street event after sunset, 21:00 with a kid was ok, no issues seen or directly impacted by something. There is a bus stop nearby on line 151 (Firenze) that brought us from downtown Napoli. -improvement tip: Napoli city tax per person is not withheld by Booking portal, so you are requested to pay it when arriving. It could be improved to let people know upfront what the cash sum they will require. In other countries local tax is withheld directly on the platform so it's more convenient for the travelers.

Summary: Perfect location for an intermediate stop before/after airport. Clear effort put in by host.

This place is an absolute gem! The accommodation is just a short walk away from the central station, spotlessly clean, impeccably organized, and features a thoughtfully modern design which makes everything feel fresh, stylish, and incredibly welcoming. The bed was wonderfully comfortable — exactly what we needed after long days of exploring — and the whole space just exudes a sense of care and attention to detail. The room has a private balcony – the perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommended in Napoli!

Negative: Nothing significant to complain about with the stay at Terrazza Moio but the city is raw, chaotic, and intense, a general sense of beautiful organized disorder. It's not polished, not "Instagram-perfect" at every corner, and definitely not the place for someone who prefers everything super tidy, quiet, and predictable. If you're a very choosy or particularly sensitive traveler who needs calm, order, and a certain level of "perfection" everywhere, Napoli might feel overwhelming. But for me? That's exactly what makes it special. That raw, unfiltered, living-and-breathing energy is what Napoli is. It's authentic, soulful, and full of character.

Positive: At first you expectation go down when you walk the neighborhood, but then you get surprised by the very excellent rooms. The place has everything, a music system, excellent shower, comfortable bed and AC, even a balcony to have drink and sit outside. The host was very genuine too, wanted to pick us up from the train station and even walked with us to the Napoli's old center to show us the place and guide us.

Negative: We had no problems with the neighborhood, it was safe for us guys, but one needs to be alert. Hotel was great, especially for the price
