Positive: I loved the location. Super close to Anse Lazio (20 minute hike) and Anse Georgette (5 minute drive to Constance Lemuria). Therese and Raphael were super nice hosts. Make sure to book their homemade dinner on the deck perched on the cliff. Incredible food and views at sunset!

Negative: Nothing. Everything was great!

Positive: Terrasse sur Lazio is an amazing place which everyone should visits who looks for a calm and welcoming stay. Therese made us wonderful dinner, also for vegans which was exceptionally good. Best we had on Seychelles. She even helped us with a situation we had with a former booking. You can easily visit Anse Gorgette and Anse Lazio from this place or just relax. It is the only place that has a nice temperature because it is situated high on the hill. The apartment is bright and clean. We loved it!

Positive: Great location, clean and neat rooms. Friendly staff and owner. Very lovely views, great access to some of the islands best beaches. Anse Lazio is a short drive and walk away as well as Anse georgette. You’ll need a car to go to so supermarket and get around but driving in Seychelles is easy and calm. Anyways this is a great stay, best we had on Praslin. I would highly recommend.

Negative: Honestly all was good but if anything then the ceiling fan in apartment 1 living room could need some fixing it was either too fast or too slow! No in-between. The A/C could act up a little too but could’ve just been remote control batteries, I always managed to adjust it in the end.

Positive: I love everything about this place! It’s an amazing apartment, very spacious, clean with everything you need for good staying. Located 20 minutes walk from one of the world's most beautiful beach. Terrasse Sur Lazio offers free unlimited wifi, a fully equipped private kitchen, private sea view terrace, a private pool for guests. Breakfast and dinners can be prepared if you ask. The view and location was incredibly breathtaking. Everything met and exceeded my expectations for the stay! Therese was a lovely host and I appreciated her help with my stay. Raphael was amazing in assisting me with stay too! The pictures don't even do justice, it was so beautiful in person! I highly recommend staying here.

Summary: The best guest house in Praslin. Highly recommend.
