Positive: It is one of the best location near sea. The golf where is located is suitable for snorkeling, a rare thing in Praslin because most of the beaches are sandy and bo corals or rocks, water is calm near house, very close to the most beatiful beach Anse Lazio. You need a car, traffic is very light in Praslin so worth exploring day by day.

Negative: The cons I have are only to share in private because this house really is a good choice for families.

Positive: Communication was proactive and caring. We really felt cared for. The views from the terrace were great. The bathrooms upstairs are renovated and clean. We really enjoyed every moment even though it was raining during our visit. Easy to find and travel with a rental car.

Negative: Beach towels would be a nice addition, but they will communicate this in advance, so you know to bring your own beach towels.
