Summary: My casita was nice but I thought the rooms would be bigger for the price point. When I went to Nelson’s twice, the staff seemed chaotic and less than friendly. The staff didn’t look happy. Looked easily annoyed.

Summary: Resort is beautiful with lots of options for food. Double beds in room (not Queen) made it a little tight for a full family. Parking charge of $72/night is absurd. Fourth of July event was overpriced and drone show was hidden behind a building. Overall everything is a little too spendy ($95 buffet, $90 golf) but the resort is so beautiful that it's still a lovely time.

Summary: Lines for check in, check out, and luggage storage were long. Need more staffing there. Also we were checked into the wrong room with someone already staying there. Had to call front desk to bring keys to the correct room and did not even get a simple apology.
