Positive: Wonderful hospitality, amazing city view. The hostess helped us with clothes, allowing to use her washing machine. The interior design of the room was nice. We enjoyed every minute in Batumi!

Positive: We arrived by rental car at our designated time, and contacted the host who came down and showed us where we could park then walked us up to our room. They've only been open a couple weeks, so everything is brand new and in great condition. The room had AC, good beds, a good shower, and was perfectly clean. It's quiet and we slept well here. The location is also good, we would stay here again if we came back. There is a nice (expensive) coffee/breakfast place downstairs called Kava Lova which we liked as well. Finally Maia, the host is an incredibly kind woman, who was easy to talk to.

Negative: Maia asked us for suggestions, and we suggested that a nightstand and full size drapes to cover the window completely would be appreciated by future guests. She said she was already working on new drapes, and would look for a nightstand as well. Tip: for the lift/elevator, to activate it you use the same key fob that opens the main door of the apartment building.

Positive: The location is amazing, and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Negative: Nowhere to keep your bags when you leave. There is also a hole in the bathroom door which you can see through.
