Positive: The apartment itself was fine but the building itself is not suitable for elderly people I think. In general, too many people always on the reception, always waiting for the elevator. I would suggest it for younger people who want to have fun. Very close to the central entertainment district. The beach is about 8 min walk. The host was very friendly and helpful. They also let me check in earlier which I appreciate a lot.

Positive: Although we encountered a few issues with the apartment, its location on the boulevard and our position on the 45th floor offered breathtaking, sea-facing views of the Black Sea. Staying in for New Year’s was a highlight, as we enjoyed an incredible 180-degree view of the city’s fireworks display—which was the best part of our stay. The apartment itself was spacious, featuring a wrap-around balcony, and the building’s proximity to restaurants and other supermarket added to the convenience of our stay.

Negative: The cleanliness was disappointing, to say the least. It was not well-maintained, and we had to vacuum the dusty floors ourselves upon arrival. The sofa bed was moldy, though the provided linens helped somewhat. Unfortunately, the bathroom was also moldy, and no tissues were supplied.

Positive: The balcony offered a beautiful view of the sea and promenade. The bed linen and towels were clean and sufficient for all guests. Kitchen utensils—dishes for preparing and serving food—were available. Since we had rather unpleasantly cool weather in Batumi, air conditioners were available in every room, and it was possible to warm up.

Negative: The management of the apartment could be better, the cleaning of the apartment is done only after the customer has checked out. The shower and toilet room often smell of sewage (probably due to the high floor). Orbi houses facing the sea are lit up in the evenings, so you need curtains so as not to disturb your sleep. However, one curtain was missing in our room and we found them in the closet without the possibility to put them back, because someone had torn them off earlier. I also recommend checking the air conditioner and TV remote controls to see if they work. The higher the floor, the longer you will wait for the elevator and the longer it will take you to get down
