Positive: Lovely interiors with excellent attention to detail. We enjoyed the location which was just enough distance out of the main market area to be quiet but close enough to walk to everything.

Positive: The bedding was nice and the breakfast was heartful.

Negative: The driving to the property is hard because we have to pass through the over crowded tourists’ area. The house was so cold that we couldn’t enjoy the house at all. Living room and bathroom was so cold to stay. We had to keep our winter clothes on in the living room. The faucet in bathtub is broken and the water comes out so little to fill up the tub. Also it looked like it hadn’t been used so long since the tub was not clean and dusty. We wanted to relax in the hot tub. We were so disappointed but when I asked about it, the answer was “it normally works.” Frustrated. Also the drain of water basin is bad. Overall it is too expensive for what we got. This stay was the most expensive one in two weeks’ travel in Turkey but the least favorite.

Positive: Wonderful location in Sirince. Beautiful and interesting (if touristy) village. We were glad we stayed here 3 nights instead of Ephesus. Beautiful terrace setting for breakfast, drinks or dinner. We stayed in Clockmaker's cottage.

Negative: The room and restaurant seemed a little expensive. Food OK. Instructions for arrival were not very clear, and the town is difficult to navigate by car with streets packed with tourists. Difficult to understand where we were supposed to park, but once we did it worked fine. The parking is less than 1/2 km from the room with an uphill climb on uneven paths, so it would be difficult for those with mobility challenges. The do transport your luggage between the room and the cottage in a cart, but you have to walk.

Summary: Beautiful Sirince Location.
