Positive: It’s a nice clean space with a comfortable room and bathroom/shower facility. Good WiFi etc. It’s a quiet safe area and the gentleman running the property speaks excellent English and is very communicative and helpful. The two gatekeepers are also very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

Negative: It’s fine, although the location that comes through via booking.com is (only slightly) inaccurate. The property owner will help you find the apartment however.

Summary: Excellent value for money, friendly staff, good base for exploring HYD.

Positive: I like the property and the host very understanding and efficient and im grateful that he accommodate all our request. Will definitely keep coming back and the place is very beautiful exactly the way we like it. Value for money

Negative: May be the dog are little scary and may be they should have more option like breakfast included.

Positive: Nice quiet and secure location, the staff was very welcoming. There is only one room so the rooftop will be yours. Good to know: the place can close early at night but it was OK for us. Very good value for the price.

Negative: Nothing, it's what we were looking for.

Positive: Modern and clean with a comfortable bed. Private rooftop garden. 10-15 minutes walk to Ameerpet Metro station. Highly recommended.
