Summary: My stay was an all too short 24 hours. Driving into the hotel grounds, I immediately felt like I was transported to tranquility. The staff were welcoming, warm, helpful, and communicated clearly. Food was excellent. For lunch I had red peas soup, red snapper in a fish sauce with okra, macaroni and cheese, and an elderflower martini. The breakfast buffet offers great variety. I tried cake and salt fish for the first time and loved it. I also had a steamed green banana, filleted fish and onions and peppers, a fried dumpling, and a sausage link. My room was bright and spacious. My only complaint is there was no bath rug in the bathroom. Overall simply excellent. I am planning my next trip for later this year.

Summary: My sister, my cousin snd I stayed in September 2024 for my Birthday. The pool and the hot tub could use some updating. The building is older. They did a good job keeping up the authenticity of the property. The garden/flowers are beautiful. The food was also very good. Richard in Fine Dining was excellent along with the other staff. We had 8 family members/friends joined up for Dinner. 2 cousins for Breakfast. There were two particular staff that walking around watching and telling me that I already ate. Now, really, the hotel offers a breakfast buffet with my stay, then I should be able to try whatever is on the menu. I’m not a person that load my plate. I want to see what I am eating. So, I informed one of the manager (he was one of the two, and the server) that they should post a sign so people will know only one plate allowed. I am thankful they did not do this when I paid for family Dinner. Overall, I made the best of it and will not be visiting Terra Nova again. It was disappointing as this was not my first time there. I should have spent all my days at The Spanish Court.
