Positive: A haven above the clouds. Lush forest hikes accompanied by the team and the dog, Black Ops. Picking fresh fruit, chewing on juicy sugar cane. Keisha serves 3 delicious meals, cooked with fresh ingredients from the farm garden. Entertaining and educational talks with Rodger, Tiff and Keisha. The best stay. My favourite place. A life changing bliss.

Rodger Tiffany and Keisha were just wonderful.. absolutely fabulous..They made us feel like it was home away from home. Lime Tree Farm and the Blue Mountains have something for everyone. Our family looking to spend some quality time together, for example.. A couple looking for a romantic getaway.. A group looking for the ideal retreat..The single traveller looking for peace nature and beauty....I would highly recommend a visit to this wonderful part of Jamaica.

Negative: There was nothing not to like.Everything good!

Positive: One of the absolute highlights of our trip to Jamaica. The views are spectacular, the staff is amazing, and Kiescha cooks the most tasty food and adapts to your preferences. Rodger is a deep well of knowledge about Jamaica in general and coffee in particular. It's probably the best coffee I've had in my life. It is also a great spot to see loads of hummingbirds singing, showing off, being hummers, and naturally tons of other birds as well. The last bit of road is a bit rough, but Rodger kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. You should calculate about 2.5 hours if you are planning to go directly to the airport as we did. It is also worth mentioning that the cottages are quite large, super comfy beds, and beautiful with its own provate veranda. As a bonus, they have the kindest dog ever, Black Ops, who is just a treat! We also saw some firebugs, awesome!

Positive: Lime Tree Farm is a wonderfully secluded property on the top of a ridge in the Blue Mountains. Our trip was excellent, it was nice to get off of the touristy beaten path of Jamaica and have a unique experience at Lime Tree Farm. The views from our little cottage were spectacular. All of the staff/owners are great. Keisha and Tifony's cooking for each meal was excellent. It was great to eat traditional Caribbean cooking from a local Jamaican. Rodger was very helpful and friendly and while we didn't have a chance to do his coffee talk with him, we would highly recommend his coffee. We bought a couple packages of it and it is great. We took a hike with Bigs and it was a lot of fun. We walked up around a ridge behind the property, down to the small town area, and back up through the coffee farm. Overall Lime Tree Farm is a spectacularly unique place! It has some of the best views and friendliest people that the Blue Mountains have to offer!

Negative: This isn't necessary something that we didn't like but more-so just a notice to people planning to stay here because we were a little naive about this when we booked our trip. Lime Tree is very secluded in the Blue Mountains, it is not going to be a place that it is reasonable to stay at and pop back and forth to Kingston and back on a daily basis. We did venture out one day to Kingston and back but it is a pretty long drive and getting up and down the mountain make it challenging. If you're going to Lime Tree you should go to enjoy the property, amazing views, and to relax and un-wind. Also, we do not recommend driving all the way up to the hotel unless you are comfortable driving a 4x4 vehicle on a very steep, rutted, and rough road dirt road. If you're planning to stay on-site your whole stay it is worth paying the transfer for Rodger to come pick you up from the Mavis Bank Coffee Factory which is at the foot of the mountain that Lime Tree is on. This is significantly less expensive than the up-charge from the rental company to get a 4x4 vehicle. If you are defiant and want to drive yourself, like we were, then you will absolutely need a 4x4 and make sure to arrive with plenty of time before dark to make it up the mountain. It takes significantly longer from Mavis Bank Coffee Factory to get up to Lime Tree than the GPS says that it will.

Positive: A gem hidden in the Blue Mountains. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Lime tree farm offers you a great garden and breath-taking views of the mountains. You can come to peace at that place. The cook and the food are amazing! The owner and his wife are lovely people and we liked spending time with them. The hike and coffee tour were very entertaining.

Positive: EVERYTHING! The in-house chef Keisha cooked us the tastiest food we ate in Jamaica. Biggs gave us a lovely walking tour of the area. Roger and Tiffany were lovely hosts who did everything to make our stay perfect. The best view in Jamaica, hummingbirds at the dinner table, house made coffee. Just one of our best stays anywhere, ever.
