Positive: We really enjoyed our stay here...its a bit 'out there' in some ways but turned out to be a lovely stay. Location - right on the lake, incredible views of the surroundings and easy to get to from route 7. Staff - reception and restaurant had multilingual staff who were lovely and welcoming. Room - we had a tree house room, fantastic wood burning fire, comfy bed and super hot shower. Nothing missing and could have happily stayed here longer! Facilities - lots here from a spa, helicopter, boats, outdoor games, play room and walk ... brilliant! Parking - at your accomodation location as these are spread throughout the grounds (see the map on their website) Don't have anything bad to say ... :) oh and they have some super friendly cats and dogs.

Positive: We liked everything about our stay! It was a refuge after a long travel day from Cierro Casillo. Meals were superb, we loved our “domos”, slept so well, they arranged a tour for us to the Marble Caves that left right from the resort. Staff was so friendly and accommodating, and they went out of their way to meet our gluten-free needs.

Negative: The shower was too small and the shower curtain clung to you during a shower. Difficult to regulate the heat (either too hot or too cold) but overall so quaint and lovely!

Summary: A once-in-a-lifetime experience!
