Positive: We wanted to stay for only one night and wanted to be as close to the airport as possible. This was honestly our best option and we were very happy with everything. The person who was in touch with us, Arthur, came to pick us up at the airport when we arrived. He came on time and drove us to the hotel for free. There are six or seven rooms, all on ground floor as the property is only one floor, and all clean and cozy and air conditioned. Other than the nice shower and bathroom, there was a sink, some cutlery, a nice working fridge, and hot water. Another thing that we liked a lot was that there is a kebab place on site with good quality and affordable pricing. There is no reception desk but Arthur answered WhatsApp messages immediately, and we had no problem in communicating with him through WhatsApp. Him or other staff don’t speak much English, but Google Translate has made everything easy. There was also free transfer from the hotel to the airport. The staff were polite, caring, kind, and friendly. If we ever want to stay overnight in Yerevan again, this place is going to be our definite choice.

Negative: The only thing is that there is no safe inside the room, but it’s just a suggestion and didn’t make us like the place any less.

Positive: The host provided excellent service. The last moment I had to book a different flight (because the airflight company cancelled my booking). When I informed the host of an earlier arrival, he provided a different facility of the same, maybe even better quality, picked me up at the airport, and arranged the transfer to the airport the next morning for free. The apartment was newly renovated, clean, warm, had free wi-fi, all necessary appliances. Prompt replies, punctual transportation services, hospitable welcome, full delivery of commitments.
