Positive: Fantastic views & a very good evening meal next to the pool with very nice service - a special experience. Fabrizio (the owner) is very welcoming & obviously takes great pleasure in entertaining visitors to the property & restaurant. Large bedroom & equally large bathroom with walk in shower. Ornate old styled furnishings throughout. Private complex with secure parking.

Negative: A little difficult to park the motorcycles as there is no level area in the parking area. Some of the complex whilst not being used for events could be tidied up rather than piling unused furniture on open view. The old armchair sat directly outside our room needs to be replaced with a table & chairs.

Summary: A unique property with fabulous views & an attentive host. A romantic one night stop over whilst touring Italy

Positive: Amazing gem, just outside Rome! Starting with the beautiful view over the city, which you can admire from the outside pool, spacious and also cozy outside, where you have plenty of space to relax and finally really stylish accommodation. The bedroom and bathroom are huge and give you a vibe of luxury, in our case, with the bathtub in the room in front of the fireplace... Kind of magical. :) Comfy, quiet, and very close to the city and Rome itself. Great service, really lovely and helpful people! Thank you!!
