Positive: Seems to have been recently renovated. Is in a quiet section of town. Options on the tv to watch YouTube, Netflix, etc...is a nice addition. Bathroom/shower also new which worked out great.

Negative: Breakfast was pretty sparse. But made the yogurt and fruit juice work.

Summary: Recently renovated. Really nice place to stay. Pamela was great to communicate with!

Positive: We loved the location and room decor. (It has so many interesting book titles on the shelves also). The shower was nice! The host was SO helpful to us with laundry and recommendations of where to eat (excellent). We found the location to be centrally located, but also quiet. It is not a hotel with a reception desk, but she came as soon as we arrived so it is helpful to communicate your arrival time. It has a little common room (kitchen) and then several individual hotel rooms- it would be a fun stay for a group of couples or family wishing to have own rooms, but also be together. We stayed here on the Way of St Francis and thought it was the nicest room we stayed in:) I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Monterotondo.

Negative: (The bed was comfy, but the sheets were a little stiff/ scratchy almost- not a big complaint, but could be a little softer and then the room would be perfect)

Positive: Host communicated personally via my preferred communication method even late in the evening and waited patiently for my late replies. The host arranged everything for a smooth late check in (1am) with hand written instructions. The host also was really accommodating to my last minute change in travel arrangements allowing a last minute late checkout. I had an intense work schedule the whole day with little time to change my booking, but I did not need to stress over the accommodation and luggage because of how well I was treated. I don't recall having such a good experience staying anywhere anytime before this. On top of this, there was a nice selection of food and drinks to suit all tastes in the breakfast area. The place has a beautiful kitchen/breakfast area with cups and plates handmade with care. The rooms are spacious, clean and very relaxing.

Summary: The host was extremely accommodating to last minute travel changes. I would 10/10 recommend!
