Located in the coveted Forest Hills neighborhood, this fully remodeled 4-bedroom + den, 3.5-bathroom premium home is walking distance to and from numerous trails for hiking, mountain biking, and snowshoeing, including the gorgeous Flume trails that act as connectors to the entire Breckenridge trail system. The ski slopes you see from your windows are a short 5-minute drive away, and it’s the same distance to Breckenridge’s historic Main Street.
The main living area features comfy furniture, a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, creating the perfect place to watch the game (or ski report) while you soak in the stellar mountain views. Just off the living area is the porch with a gas barbeque grill, patio furniture, and private hot tub that’s perfect for enjoying the starry Breckenridge nights after a long day of romping around the mountains.
The dining area is just off the living room with plenty of room for everyone at the large farm-style table and additional seating at the counter. The location was amazing and easy to get anywhere. Super close to frisco adventure park which is a great place to take the kids. I would only recommend that you make prior reservations for activities before arrival since everything books up very quickly. The view from the backyard is beautiful and perfect slope for sledding in the winter. The only thing that would need improvement is the heater setting upstairs. It only works when you call in a work order. After 24 hours it gets cold again. But layer up and they have plenty of warm blankets! Would highly recommend!

Summary: The house was fantastic. Clean, fully stocked, great amenities. Would stay again for sure. Be advised that third party property manager oversees the booking and they have additional requirements. They were great, but added several extra hoops.

Summary: Stayed here for my first family ski trip. The entire experience was unbelievable. The view from the house was surreal. Not only was the house amazing, it is just minutes away from Main Street. Couldn’t ask for a better first family ski trip.

Summary: Loved the property, so spacious and comfortable. Had every amenity, especially loved the hot tub. One problem was continually adjusting thermostats as it was particularly cold, but we eventually solved the problem.
