Summary: Achill Island is an amazing place. It is definitely worth a couple of days to explore and the Teach Cruachan B&B is a great place to stay. The hostess is wonderful. The home is very clean and comfortable and the internet is great too.

Summary: Only one word can describe our stay here. That word is EXCELLENT- The only improvement I can think of would be to put the tea and coffee in the room.

Summary: Our absolute favorite place in Irland. Great rural location, views on the ocean, even the main street just passes by it's very quiet. Sheep are walking in and out of the parking lot....Very clean, fantastic, pleasant hosts, great huge breakfast. Own bike rental on site, so no need to drive anywhere. A "real" pub just 3 minutes walking distance, some good restaurants just a few minutes drive away. The only little thing to not praise to make it perfect is the room, small (private) bathroom and small queen size bed, but did work well for my son and me. I believe it will be a big mistake if you don't book this place, unless you are 6'5' and desperately need more space to sleep.
