Summary: The value for money for this hotel is unmatched. For the prices paid, the amenities, room sizes, daily cleans, included breakfast, welcome drink, couldn't be met. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. We arrived after a long delay and 24hr reception meant it wasn't an issue, they helped booked taxis when needed and even sorted a ripped bank note. This isn't a 5* hotel but you're not paying 5* prices. We found it to be above basic and everything we needed our stay. Having a pool was great and we didnt see many hotels near Tirana with one. One thing and we knew when booking is that this resort is in the middle of nowhere. There is a shopping centre maybe 10min walk down the sides of the motorway but anything else you need a car. We knew this when booking so was fine for us. A taxi from the airport was €20/2000Lek and then around €10/15 to Tirana city depending on time of day and area. We also got a taxi to Durres and that was €30/35. Most places prefer cash or only take cash. We paid cash at the hotel for food and drinks. Worth getting Lek out at the aiport (loads of ATMs) and as it charges for withdrawal better to draw out a large amount.

Summary: The resort is beautiful and I had a great time there. Only comment I have is, it would be great if the breakfast was more diversified on different days considering I was there for a week. However the food was nice, always tasted great, staffs friendly, and amenities were great. Room was super clean.

Summary: The room was exactly what I was expecting for a group of 5 ladies. The hotel was amazing, the spa was great. The breakfast, amazing! The dinner we had on the first night was amazing too. The massage was worth it. The staff werevery helpful and friendly. A special thank you to the amazing night staff guy, Arkelian. Such a sweet soul and very hospitable and friendly. Give the guy a raise for being so customer-centric.

Summary: We are a family of five and found the classic suite and a two twin bed room very comfortable. Beds were comfy, the rooms large and the outdoor pool was wonderful. A large mall is a less than 10 minute walk from the property. Check in staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was great. Thanks for a great stay on our last night in beautiful Albania. We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the airport and really enjoyed it.
