This is a modern home and you will have exclusive use of. It has two beautifully furnished bedrooms each with a Queen bed and a large, modern family bathroom. There a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining room, family room, and a separate lounge. The home is comfortable and furnished with Sky TV in the family room, a smart T.V. in the lounge, two heat pumps, double glazing, HRV, and unlimited WIFI. It opens onto a sunny private patio with large sliding doors from the family room and the lounge. It is in a new subdivision in Te Awa, and you can walk to Napier Boys High School, the aquarium, Maraenui Golf Course, and a longer walk into town. In the garage, you will find a washing machine and clothes drier. It is north-facing, sunny, private, and fully fenced. Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We felt right at home. The beds were super comfortable and the place offered all the amenities we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It has a beautiful back garden where the kids can play and we can enjoy our meals outside when we wanted to. It’s also close to the beach and the aquarium. Averil was great to deal with and highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Napier!

Summary: House was was well appointed, with plenty of space to spread out. Well stocked, with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc. Great location, with private outside space. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
