Positive: The home and property are beautiful and peaceful, with lots of fun amenities like a game room and nightly fire for s’mores. The kids loved it! The staff and owners were very welcoming, and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Negative: We had a great stay! There was just a little confusion about breakfast. The paper we filled out had a section to choose “delivery to room” and a time to indicate when you wanted it. We wrote down 7:00 and kept waiting, thinking maybe the staff was just running late. Finally around 7:40, we found a basket with our food in the kitchen. We didn’t mind getting it, but it would have helped to know that we would need to get it. It delayed our travel plans a bit.

Positive: The room was immaculate! The grounds were beautiful, rustic with an amazing garden and animal enclosures! We will definitely stay again and will certainly tell our friends!

Negative: Only that the entrance was a little bit tricky to access, but after that it was magical.

Positive: The hosts were so welcoming and polite, the entire property is so magical and we had such a great experience. The tree house is so cool and well thought out, and we saw the waterfall which was very pretty! You can rent the treehouse but we stayed in the Myrtle suite and it was so comfortable and cute with a jetted tub in the room as well as a bigger hot tub right outside that was so nice to go in at night with a glass of wine. There are horses, piglets, chickens, geese, cats and dogs but one kitty "Special K" was disabled with his little tongue sticking out and he hung out with us for a good chunk of the evening which literally made our stay that much more special. We had a delicious egg scramble, crepes and bacon for breakfast and there's a firepit at night you can sit at and even have smores! They have a game room and common areas you can hang out in but we mostly stuck to ourselves. There was nobody loud or obnoxious staying nearby so that was great too. We loved it and can't wait to visit again, thank you Rachael and Dale!

Positive: Everything. From the moment they received us to the moment we left we felt taken care of and more. We stayed one night there and the whole experience was incredible. For breakfast the hosts made crepes that would beat out any restaurant you could go to. Plus all the additional sides and fruit they prepared were fantastic. Definitely worth every cent. On top of everything, they were all around just great people. They gave great suggestions and it was obvious that they genuinely enjoyed being able to provide the experience that they did. If I ever find myself needing a stay near Gold Beach, this is where I'll go.

Negative: Nothing. This place is awesome.
