Positive: I had a very friendly welcoming fro the staff. My room was just fine - nicely updated and clean. I had a single queen bed room - it seemed small when I first stepped in, but there was plenty of room for one person.

Negative: If trains and road traffic keep you awake, this location would not be ideal. However, both sources of "noise" quieted down overnight.
