Positive: The location was great.

Negative: We felt the unit was not a short term LUXURY rental. Upon arrival we needed some assistance, we called the host but got no reply. The next day there was a text welcoming us and when we asked about our call they had not received it. The call registered on our phone .... From the time of booking until the departure whatever messages were sent there was a constant reminder to clean up the dishes, the kitchen and leave the place as we found it. I appreciate their reasoning but these constant reminders for a luxury rental?

Positive: Comfortable, clean, self contained apartment with comfy bed. A/C functioned well and quietly to help us beat the extreme heat for the week. Kitchen and bathroom well supplied. Hostess checked in regularly to make sure we were doing alright. Fantastic downtown location with lots of Perth's restaurants and boutique shops within walking distance, or short drive.

Negative: We were vary satisfied.

Summary: Loved the central location to casually explore Perth at out own pace. We would highly recommend..

Negative: The unit was a little small for a weeks' stay for two people. However, the owner informed us that they have larger units available to us for another visit.

Positive: The Yerevan-European Style Open Concept Oasis was cozy, clean and had everything I needed to make my stay a pleasurable one. I required a kitchenette and I was easily able to cook all my meals. My cooking needs made this hotel an excellent value. Also, the bed and sitting area were very comfortable.
