Summary: I loved the two balconies and the views. The flat was clean and comfortable and the flat was close to a selection of good bars and restaurants. Christian and Thorsten were easy to deal with overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Summary: The apartment is in a great location, near restaurants and shops and grocery stores. It is quiet, comfortable, and it is well equipped. We ate some meals here and we used the coffee maker, electric tea kettle, oven, washing machine and clothes drying rack. The beds were comfortable too. We arranged for airport transfers with the owners which worked out really well. The one thing that was a little challenging was internet access.. using the router (and going to the Vodacom store to pay for data) was ok for the apartment but not while we were out and about, wanting to call an Uber, so we ended up getting a Sim card for my phone and buying data for that, which worked better. All in all, a great place at a great price!

Summary: We spent 5 nights here and had a fantastic time. Great location to access the city. No problems at all and would recommend it to everyone.

Summary: I recently stayed at this apartment for a week and it worked wonderfully. The apartment has everything one needs on the practical level--full kitchen, cleaning supplies, washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc.as well as an updated bathroom. The furnishings are comfortable and well considered as well. Everything is spotlessly clean. The real star here though as mentioned in other reviews are the views. In one direction there is panoramic view of Signal Hill and in the other an equally majestic view of Lions Head. One other great plus I do not remember seeing is the location--Kloof Nek and a block Kloof Street are full of life, activities and amenties. I would rent here again without question!
